CARTER DEAN

Carter Dean specializes in the areas of municipal utility district, real estate, and municipality law. Carter graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin in 2014 with a B.A. in History. He received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 2017. During his time in law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Patrick E. Higginbotham, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
